This should not be shown as resolved. That is completely misleading and gives a false impression of action,. What you have done is added this to the other list of the same issue reports from other Nintendo Switch users.
You need to take some serious action quickly over this and put some resources behind resolving it. You should certainly have all of the bug reports that come in automatically when there are software issues with a game - as I imagine more users have the system setting configured to send automatic report. Certainly my grandson's device is set that way.
