Hello,
I have the same problem. No item can be renamed on a realm. Neither on Windows 10 nor on Android. See screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make anvil
2. put item in it
3. Rename

Observed Results:
No item can be renamed.

Expected Results:
Rename the item
