What does "next to a claimed bed mean"? Does it means sticked next to it, with no empty blocks between the bed and the bell (which is not the case for auto-generated villages)? Does it mean, as I had understood it, in a 32 blocks by 32 blocks area around the bed (as my tests in creative mode on a superflat map seemed to confirm)?
My bell is quite close to the farmers bed (something like 20 blocks away). Also, there are walls between the beds and the bell, which may prevent farmers from seeing it, idk.
Also, farmers, when gathering, do show particles (see 2020-11-19_00.06.59.png)] but, as I said, not in the right spot: they gather in the stairs, away from all points of interest.
