I have experienced this bug also for now nearly 5 months.
My global ressources always fall back after restarting the game (The game didn't crash, it's always falling back) This happens to all my ressources, it doesn't care how heavy the textures are
My problem is, that the textures always fall back when opening the game. So a game crash isn't really the origin of the problem, it just happens all the time
