All of my diamond items have mending. But yeah, as u can see by my update comment, the reason this happened is because my world got corrupted. A huge sign that a world has been corrupted is when you stop gaining xp. I know because my main world has gotten corrupted 3 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK!!!!
UPDATE:
That world did actually end up corrupting. MY WORLD HAS BEEN CORRUPTED 3 TIMES EVER SINCE 1.16 officially came out. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME?????????????
The world inside of my saves file is still in there but I cannot select the world to play on inside the game. I searched up why this happens and according to the internet and some friends I asked, this is because the world got corrupted. So basically that world cannot be played on anymore unless I make a backup for it
