Umm, I know how to fix it.
Step 1: If you didn't delete minecraft installer then you are fine. If you dont:
Step 2:(For those who deleted launcher) Go to http://minecraft.net/download and download the installer.
Step 3: (For all) Open installer and select repair.
Step 4: Restart Device and open minecraft. Some files would downloaded which are the update files and then you will be set
