Having the same issue while running BDS Version 1.14.0.9. The flower farm hadn't been used during 1.13.1 but only since the Version 1.14.0.9 update to the server so unclear when it first occurred. All users are using the 1.14 client on Windows 10. Tried changing out the clock type for the flower farm but noticed that made no difference. Changed from clock to direct button input but no difference.
