The artifacts for me, seems to be a select few things. It rotates from some to others. A few look like apparel for your custom skins. When you open the profile menu, edit character, you run into one. Keep going and click owned and then import you run into another on occasion. They all transfer to your skin in game. I left a few images and SkinBug3 shows one that when messing with options, It would not change. Restarting the game however does. I've also dropped a video of me pressing some of the buttons and messing with the bug. Ultimately leading to the SkinBug3. (excuse the resolution. I had to fit it in the file limit.)
