This just happened to my friend and I.

Private server Using minecraft server.jar etc... with portfoward

 

Was getting the lost connection: Missing profile public key.

To the user trying to join the world

 

I Set the enforce-secure-profile=false in the properties file.

 

 

Same with me. Borders have these weird Specific Line border In the new 1.19 END
