Ah found the problem. It wasnt until i went to take screenshots that i noticed my collection system went under the dispensers(so it was the minecart with hopper taking out the shears).
Sorry for reporting before looking into it very well - it was just strange that it stopped working when the new update came out, just a coincidence ig that i extended the collection system right about then.
Yes. However it only seems to happen when the dispenser is facing upwards. In my case its facing up into a beehive (it was working fine up until today when i checked on it)
