Minecraft 1.19+ uses render dragon on every device so your packs that influence the shaders in any way will not work on mobile.
it looks like a fish, I first observed this issue in 1.18.2 and It has been a eyesore since.
These are experimental features which mean they are still being worked on, so they may crash your game.
restarting Minecraft should fix your issue.
