No offence meant and I am making this comment with the best intentions and having an IT support background... You guys are not managing tickets correctly.
You have duplicated my ticket to this ticket and resolved my ticket, why this is the wrong way to handle tickets...
1 - You no longer have weight to your tickets - how many people experiencing the same problem.
2 - You have duplicated the ticket to another ticket on a different platform (ie, this one on Windows 10 vs mine MCPE-84850 on XBOX)
Now it may be that the versions technically are the same from your point of view, however, you can't be measuring the priority of your tickets if your not taking these elements into consideration.
I will try the workaround Joseph has detailed above tomorrow and report back my findings. Thanks Joseph (only person to update since the 22nd May! Jees...)
Confirmed for me, pressing X on the recipe book items displays the crafting recipe, no prompt as described above, I see the ticket has been updated.
@IonicEcko I see your point on the use of this as a bug tracker rather than a help desk. Appreciate the candour, and sorry, I was a bit annoyed last night when writing that as me and the kids got the update excitedly to play, but then hit with a raft of problems - now we have fixed them all and now know this workaround I can try and convince them to get back to playing. Thanks.
