Updating as of 7/18/2020:
The Pancape appear to be in the marketplace again and working. The Player Model in game does have the Pancape appear, and in the Player Skin Editor. BUT, However when you put on the Elytra Wings the Pancape does disappear and show nothing on the back of the player model. Its missing its wing texture and is not reverting to even the default model of the Elytra. This in itself is still unresolved and continues to display a missing pancape texture. Currently it does not look like a server side issues. Its now a Elytra Wing Texture Issues that creates the disappearance of the cape both ways in game.
To Recreate The bug:
Go to Skin Editor
Pick any skin of your choice
Put on the pancape
Then go into a game of your choice (That has elytra wings prior to this test)
Then put on elytra wings (It does not matter if its enchanted)
The Result: The Pancape disappears from the back of the player model. Then becomes a missing eltyra Texture that seems transparent or invisible or bugged.

I still have the pancape on somehow even when the cape catagory is missing the pancape. but there are weird glitches where the pancape goes missing sometimes. Then the Elytra wings does not display anything on my back in game. The pancape was in fact in the marketplace skin cape editor, no doubt. I know for may other people they might of lost the cape from there character, since my player skin happens to survive around that glitched bug where it still keeps the cape even tho it got removed from the marketplace. Care to explain why the cape got nuked from existence? I provided a image on what the cape looks like and showing that the pancape is completely deleted or missing from the cape editor Tab. It looks like it got reduced to pixelated atoms. Hoping it didn't get removed on purpose otherwise this would be a shame that you guys removed it, when this cape is rightfully released to everyone. To be honest you guys should start charging Minecoins on capes if your having trouble with budgeting on the marketplace. Its only fair to keep the pancape on the skin editor.
This is not only on iOS. This bug is on all existing devices. This might be a server-side issue or a universal codebase issues.

The bobbing Animation is not working. It looks malform and Distorted. The Camera does not move or make motion, and the hands on the player are not moving, regards of changing the bobbing settings. It's not working for Windows 10 and Android. v1.13.0
I have tested it, and anyone will notice this major bug almost immediately. It's very unsatisfying to see the motion so distorted, that I feel like I was in a car with my head down ready to throw up vomit, since it is making very artificial motion sickness with the head motion, and unlinked with the rest of the map, and character. Please fix it.
I noticed this issue too. Only the owner should have access to the world info, not the members.
This was the pack that the creator of the custom crops addon is referring to. But this is happening to all custom crop addons where you can't plant the crops for some reason. It used to work before but it no longer works in v1.19.2. In experimental Mode make sure Holiday Creator Features (HCF) & Custom Biomes (CB) is enabled. It is now not just the crop stages of the crops phases that are broken, it's now the placement of stage 0 of the crop that is broken too as of the latest Minecraft update. I have looked into the creator code, and it seems like something hardcoded on Minecraft is to blame for any custom crops addon failing.
