I've tried numerous seeds on Bedrock. Official Minecraft Wiki suggests there is only 25 to 30% chance of them spawning, but in all the seeds almost 70% of the villages spawned are zombie villages. So much for the rare structures. It is super hard to get a hold of a villager from far far away.

This issue has not been resolved, I repeat. I'm still awaiting the pregnant turtle to complete gestation.
