Please clarify further, what block are you talking about?
A cave sound plays in [this youtube video|https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjRfXURKAx8] at around 3:31 and 8:37, meaning that 1) this issue was present since at least 1.15 and 2) this is also present in Java Edition.
Tested and confirmed for 1.16.0.

This should be on Minecraft Bedrock not Java if this is mobile
@unknown your controller may be drifting out of the box. I don't know if Xbox has a built-in controller calibration program, but if it does, check your controller there to see if it's a hardware or software issue.
