1.The first day I had this problem I was able to see some skins not all but some and I was able to see mine too
2.A week after I tried to delete the "skins" folder from the ".minecraft" file then I launched the game.... and I wasn't able to see any skin even mine in both single and multiplayer
3.I tried to reinstall Minecraft and deleting the ".minecraft" file, logging off and in mc restarting my modem and trying many versions
4.I tried turning off the firewall but nothing worked
