i had this happen to me and a friend on my bedrock world. I have found many many people with the exact same issue and yet there is still no update or solution that is effective. I found that this is caused from logging off in the nether or end/end cities. The generating world lettering is stuck and the green bar is full.

hey i had the same problem happen to my friend on my 180.1 byte world. we logged off in the end. We tried doing multiple things like making a copy world and uninstalling minecraft but nothing helped. After multiple logs from the end waiting for my friend to join properly it eventually happened to me. This is really annoying considering we had just defeated the dragon and we were stacked. Him and i are stuck on the exact same screen u are stuck on so this is most likely a major bug in this update.–ive commented this multiple times on other reports with he exact same issue.

I own the server and im on pc.. the glitch happened to my friend on console first and eventually it happened to me.
