All crops--all kinds of seed (except cocoa) and also carrot and potato can't be planted on farm land.

Step to reproduce:

  1. Till a grass block or dirt block besides a water, which should turn it to farmland

  2. Tap on the farmland while holding the seeds to plant it.

By tapping on the farmland while holding the crops or seed it should be planted on that block but in this case it can't be planted on a farmland.

I want to add collateral effect of this issue since villagers can't work I realized and tested that they can not spawn Iron Golem.
