I did see some for Howling Peaks video at t=19 (Goat Gear, Rugged Climbing Gear & Resolute Tempest Knife) but not for any of the others.

Could you elaborate on the others?

Purchasing the Microsoft store variant of the game does not grant access to use the launcher to open the game. You can open Minecraft Dungeons from the Start menu of your computer.

If Visual C install says "can only be installed on windows XP and newer platforms"
Start menu > Type "64 bit" > Enter > What does System Type say?
If 32 bit operating system, 64 based processor then follow:https://www.windowscentral.com/how-upgrade-32-bit-64-bit-version-windows-10
If both say 32 bit, unfortunately your computer is unable to run Minecraft dungeons due to your computer hardware  being 32 Bit
