The launcher version says V.2.19.10-1.9.2 I am currently only using Optifine 1.20.4_HD_U_I7_pre2

and my saves folder seems fine I was able to open Minecraft and play one of my old saves. The only thing that I could tell was that it just removed the installations that I had.
