I have the same issue. When turning vbo off, it seems as if every new piece of chunk generated replaces all other chunks as well. Turning on vbo fixes it again (as in video). Reloading the world (with vbo off) doesnt fix or change anything. Running graphics card AMD Radeon HD 6850 (see screenshot)
