I have been having the same issue since updating to v1.20.62. I think my situation has worsened though, as I can't get servers to show anymore.
When I first load Minecraft, it signs me into my Nintendo Account (NA) but not my Microsoft Account (MA). The button to sign in with my MA doesn't work. If I wait too long at this stage, I'll get a communication error (potentially an Internet issue) and signed out of my NA.
If I tab out by going to the home menu and return, I get signed into my MA. At this point, the areas for creating a realm in the "Worlds" tab and checking my realms in the "Friends" tab are both grey boxes. Along with that, the "Servers" tab has a box saying, "Coming Soon".
PS: For some reason, v1.20.61 made signing in a lot slower.
Bruh, that's a completely different bug.
