Has been happening on my PS4 for a month now. Resolves itself if I pickup more of item from floor.

Same issue with PS4 with the latest update.  Followup patch didn't help.  Glow item frames still work. Rick.

update:After checking other portals are ok, i reloaded the world, broke problem portal, restarted it and it worked as always.

I just had the same issue on my PS4.  Survival mode.  Went thru portal at -2455,64,60 and came out in Nether at the same coordinates.  No Portal.  Over 4 kilometers from where I should be in a huge warped crimson forest. Should be at (divide by 3)-818,y,20 ish where my portal is located.

No other moving life for about 5 minutes. Fortunately, my motto "Minecraft updates=backup!" will save the day, when its fixed.

Simburbia was working fine before the last update on 12/16. Now the only way is to download and import it again, try to copy back the save game, and not exit minecraft. Upon checking, none of the template/packs are loaded. There is no feedback when "load" is selected.

Steampunk adventure was also broken, but at the moment is o.k.

I too would like this fixed. I fully expected the portal connections to get broken. I was looking forward to picking and creating new connections. I have also been placing portals in my primary world for use when it gets fixed.

Looks like as of the past week, the Map pointers are working correctly on my PS4.

I have the same issue for the PS4 for my original imported world. 3:1 is kinda of o.k., but not the exciting 8:1 I was expecting when I started my Nether railroad. Laying 600 meters of track for 2Km is getting old. Maybe a windows utility to tell us what Minecraft thinks our world is.

Maybe related, changing to creative mode does nothing..no infinite inventory, no flying.

My worlds created this year are fine.

I am on the PS4 version(2.06) and have the same issue since the last major version.  With a 2 block height room, I go to sleep at the foot of the bed and wake up on top of it, dying with my head in a block.  So I have to remember to dig out the ceiling to 3 blocks, or bury the bed in the floor.
