I have this exact issue with any texture pack also. Heres the oddity; I play the bedrock edition on PC and my graphics card is an AMD 5700XT, however, my wife also plays on the same server (w/the same texture packs) and her graphics card is an Nvidia Gtx 1060 and she does NOT have this issue. I cant seem to resolve the symptom with any setting on or off in the menu. When I talk about it to other players on the same server they have no idea what im talking about. I run/manage 2 realms and Im the only one that notices this issue. Honestly the fact that the Xbox and myself both use AMD as vga output suggests that this is an issue with the texture packs and not Mojang/Microsoft and or Radeon drivers. This bug does Not occur with the vanilla client.
