This is still happening on 1.14.1. I'm also on Switch and on a 10 person realm, and this specific issue has occurred to me twice specifically, where I was stranded in the Nether, and with two other people, who were essentially teleported into a random spot in the Overworld sky. No idea how to replicate the issue but I can confirm the bug's existence.
