I switched app location from external sd to internal shared sd on my Android phone and the problem became fixed.
I have this issue. Was working greatly in the day but now they won't explode as normal and I have to activate them one by one.

IIRC I think the problem started when I added the SD card to my phone
I have done many ROM changes and the problem was still there, until just now when I moved the app to internal shared memory from my SanDisk SD card.
It's a Moto g3 with linage os 14.1 Android nougat 7.1.2
