@Jeffrey : yes I already did that. In my attachment there is 2 blocks that I right clicked with hoe, and that block is next to the water source, but it didn't working, I can't planting seed on that block

yes I already did all the requirements :

right click on grass with hoe
farm is located beside water
there's enough light
put torches

and it's still not working
