We are having the same issue. My 10 yr old says "I think that uh. we need to fix this problem." 

The ipad is still having this issue. I checked on my ipad and the worlds download. So I went back to his and signed out of his account and tried to download some worlds/maps and it is saying We're unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your interent connection. So I checked internet. It's fine. His ipad is new and I can't hook it to my old laptop to download his files and save his worlds so reinstalling the app is the last option. My kid is on the spectrum and with the pandemic lock down happening Minecraft is very important to him. He plays all day long if I let him. Any ideas about how to fix the connection on his device and get the new nether thing on there?

same thing happened to me, my computer is like 12 years old and i couldn't play in the new version.

same here. My kid went to bed crying... he's worked very hard on his worlds. 

freakiest bug i saw.i got so terrified when i saw my body and username just-staying there and not moving

If this was already reported, i am sorry, but i did not find any other report regarding this issue.

that doesn't fix the errot, it only slightly changes it, since the old command is still in game and when you use it it crashes..

The issue appears to have been resolved. I opened and closed Minecraft multiple times and loaded into different worlds etc. Not happening anymore.

For me it doesn't subtract either. I have input A which is 14 and input B which is 12. The output is always 14 even when I toggle the comparator. It should be 2 when the comparator is toggled (subtracted: Output = A - B)
