My son now suddenly can't connect to his friends worlds. They were playing on servers a few days ago and he had to set up a Microsoft Account to make it work. Now they are back to playing regular worlds and it keeps saying he is not connected to Playstation Network. He is connected to Playstation Network because he can multiplayer on other games. Both of us are complete techno phobes and have no idea how these things work or affect each other! I'm putting this here in case it's something simple someone can help us with! We've checked internet. He's logged out of the Microsoft account. Can't think of anything else. He's on the right account (we played Just Shapes and Beats with 2 controllers). They are on the same version. All that I can think has happened is that he did have a PS update and since then it hasn't worked.
It is really, really frustrating. He is 12 and I'm 46. Anyone got any ideas?
