MC-108 was concerning piston QC power, which I understand is not a bug. This ticket is concerning unconnected redstone powering and subsequently locking dispensers and droppers in what can only be an unintended fashion. This is a legitimate bug and should not be marked as duplicate to a bug reported 8 years ago, despite their similarities.
