You just forgot that this also applies to : Pig -> Zombified_piglin and Villager -> Witch with lightning

 When a piglin becomes a zombified_piglin, a hoglin a zoglin, a zombie a drowned, a pig a zombified_piglin and a villager a witch and they have a predefined team, after their transformations they lose their teams and stay without team.

this problem also affects pigs and villagers who are transformed by lightning
