Same issue. Ipad mini. No issues prior to 1.16.20 update.
Now crashes the game intermittently - sometimes immediately, sometimes after a few minutes, usually we get 6-10 mins of play before it crashes, the longest we've managed is about 25 minutes without a crash so far but that's the exception.
Issue occurs whether playing local single player, local multiplayer (hosted on this ipad or on a laptop), or bedrock dedicated server games.

Kid is getting extremely frustrated, please fix!
