If anyone else has this same issue with loot and blocks not dropping, check “Settings”, “Game Settings”, and ensure that “Tile drops” is enabled. For some odd reason, some of my Realm game settings that I rarely ever mess with, were changed to be enabled or disabled. I enabled “Tile drops” again, and that seems to have fixed the issue with blocks and items disappearing. As far as the mob skins sometimes being all pink, I am still unsure.
