@Avoma sorry there weren't videos or pictures from that exact moment; we weren't recording anything, and we're pretty new to the game, so when we couldn't figure out what happened, we just left the server be for now, and I only logged back in to get that screenshot.
EDIT: it seems like it has to do with Dimension loading. After Entering and exiting the Nether, i've got reported that the villagers duplicated again. The Server crashed afterwards, got to check the logs later
