SETH FICKETT

I'm probably doing something wrong, but when I type in "/debug start" it tells me it's an unknown command. What am I doing wrong?

Carts move very slowly and jerky. When I break blocks (maybe especially with the axe?) the block will disappear, then reappear, and if I wait a second or two without going on to another block, it will then disappear and finally register that it is broken. Cart travel takes more than 10x the usual amount of time and cutting down trees probably takes 6x the usual.
