If the world was made before Caves and Cliffs Part 2, do you consider that an "old type of world"? I have other worlds that were made years before the world with the "Ice Biome Faulty Generation" and this did not happen to them. The Ice Biome starts about 50-100 blocks away from SPAWN, no where near the edge of the world. I've never gone to the world border (of this world) but I know the Ice Biome stretches out to the world border because I went a couple thousand blocks from SPAWN and it was still going.

How can I tell if the edges of the world are broken (never heard of it or seen it before).
