Bug still exists. It appears to be setting the camera inside the cart when you move the mouse to look around. If looking to the side or rear of the minecart while traveling it rapidly switches between the correct (external camera view) and inside the bottom of the cart.
Minecraft PE, introduced in 1.16.210 and still exists in 1.16.221
Experienced on both a hosted Minecraft Realms server and on single player(networked) server, no mods on either.
