Is there a purpose to this site at all? Or do we just search for a way of fixing our shoddy software, find all the previous complaints of the same issue marked 'issue resolved' with no further information, and then just get ignored?
Sorry to be old-fashioned, but I just spent money on a Mojang product, found that it doesn't work, and now find that there's no support, no contact form, no instructions about what to do and just a couple of links to forums 'staffed' by the general public. Is that supposed to be 'service'? From a company who have sold millions of copies of Minecraft, and have made multi-millions of dollars from doing so? Not even a contact address?
Well done world for accepting this as normal. What a load of horse-shit.
