I have this as well, plus an enchanted rod in a item frame on a chest beside has lost the enchantment on update.
Oops.... Voted. I did look down through recent ones, but that clearly back further.
Just went to Pre1 with the backup and the chest is visible. Upgrading again renders it invisible. Also on the front of one of my storage chests is an enchanted rod in an item frame, on update this is an ordinary rod.
Breaking my farms on an update from 1.15.1 in 20w16a, so still present as noted.
