I just had this problem myself, or a similar one - Playing on Windows 10 on a Realm, listened to my lovely Pigstep disc, showing it to a friend, went to take it out of the jukebox and nothing appeared, nothing comes out when anyone clicks it, and removing and replacing the jukebox did nothing either
My lovely, and rare, disc is now gone 😞 Edit to add information- the jukebox was on the floor, and with its back against a blackstone wall (with a villager in water on the other side) and the other 3 sides and top of the jukebox exposed, i looked in every direction around, including freeing my villager to see if it popped through that block... nothing anywhere
