Thank you for addressing this Mojang. I don't see how the previous issue (1086) would be considered a 'duplicate' as it was posted a month before this one but as long as the issue is being looked into, I'm not going to nitpick.
I have the same issue on a Double Power (DOPO) T-711 7" tablet running Android 4.0. Resolution is 800 X 480.
