Affecting me on the 0.13.0, iPod Touch 5th Generation, iOS 8.0, and using the Mad Catz CTRLi controller. Does seem to happen at random and often, affecting all the buttons except joysticks, (jump, assigned crouch button, assigned movement buttons, ect.) and makes it pretty unplayable. Buttons do not get stuck in diagnostics app or other games.
