You will not lose anything if you select keep games and apps, do not select delete all. (when you reset it, it will require you to know your sign in information and you will have to add some other things as well). Sadly there is no other solution at the moment that I know of...

And yes it happened after I left the beta then trying to reinstall the game. It kept on stopping at 98.3% for me everytime.

The way I fixed it was to go to your consol settings, select consol info, click reset consol (keep my games and apps), then proceed onwards. After doing so it should allow you to reinstall.
