Apparently the bug has been fixed, version 1.14 works correctly. Many thanks to the Mojang team for their help, have a nice day.

The problem persist in 1.14 Pre-Release 5, the "launcher_log" and other files are attached

The game crash while joining a world (like the screenshots) and happens in every world, but only in 19w06a+ (19w06a to Pre-Release 3), in previous versions works correctly.
