Can confirm in 1.19.4

Not fixed on 1.19.4, bug appears on Fast and Fancy and goes away with Fabulous.

It appears to be fixed in 1.18.2 🙂

See screenshots. Seed is 6937663637236386608. Nearly all the local netherite spawns generated close to or touching blackstone. I debated ever reporting this because it could just be probability so I'd like more testing done, to see if it occurs in specific biomes over others or exists at all. (I'd argue it does exist.)
