Having the same issue is specifically 20w22a, and it's so bad that the game is unplayable. The previous snapshots are all fine (i tested) so I know it's not my hardware. I also tweaked my video settings in all sorts of ways, and nothing worked. I have a mac, which is terrible for gaming to be fair, but it usually runs Minecraft well.
