This Problem occurs for me in a night time situation with any skeleton that is armed with a melee weapon. It feels new in 1.14, as I never had any problems with skeletons acting weird in 1.13. It totally busts the skeleton's AI, and After testing it in 1.13 and 1.14 multiple times, what I am noticing is a totally new glitch. I also want to mention that spiders and wolves act weird too, where they will bounce off of their target harmlessly. (The Wolf glitch WAS partially fixed in 1.14.1). The skeleton AI is not running into occasional issues, but it feels constant now. I don't know what's wrong with them in 1.14, but they seem to have a seizure every single time!
