The crossbow animation video shows the best representation of the experience. It's a little harder to see in the food and block video.
Mine is not slim and I have the issue. Seems to be more than sounds, the entire game appear to stutter when it gets bad. Often is amplified when there are more entities nearby (mobs, villagers, animals, etc.).
I noticed glitchy sound after the 1.19.10 update as well.
I hadn't seen that duplicate before, thanks for sharing. Based on my play experience, the crossbow animation is a symptom of a larger problem. Overall, a lot of my animations are slow/glitchy and I wonder if it is related to the ticking.
Last night I was playing and moving a few villagers around via minecart. As I pushed the cart along, it was not moving smoothly but kept jerking forward like it would move a few blocks then have to pause before moving a few more. Like it was continually re-loading itself and realizing that it still had momentum.
