I'm sorry, but I'm unsure what you mean. I have followed the format that you provided.
I am well aware of the rules, however as previously stated, I had no other means of contacting you about this issue, and fully expected for the issue to be closed down soon after being posted. Furthermore, I did not duplicate an issue by posting this. I want you to assure me that you are fixing these limitations. Refusal to reply will simply prove to me that the development team really is as lazy as people say, and I will not take ignorance as an answer.
The steps you provided are unclear, and grammatically incorrect.
I strongly urge that you either provide proof that this issue is resolved or remove the "resolved" status from this report, thanks.
This is absolutely a valid issue, and it contributes to the existence of a teleportation exploit.
