Turns out I accidentally submitted this report early - here is the continuation:
Expected Result:
The left hand should punch in the exact same way the right hand does, first going to the left to gain some momentum, and then striking over to the right, visibly crossing the torso. Look at the “Right handed (mirrored)” video for a visualization.
Observed Result:
The left hand punches by going to the left to gain momentum, and then doing a short strike down-right, not crossing the torso. This punching animation seems much more vertical than the right-handed one, which covers more horizontal distance.
